Textiles for fashion is quite an interesting and challenging subject. It focuses on the science of fabrics, thereby enabling you to innovate newer and better kinds.

2. What topics does Textiles for Fashion include?

Textiles for Fashion course teaches you the creative application of your designs and ideas. It forms a major part of Fashion Design as it involves understanding every fabric, choosing the right fabric for your design, pattern and surface ornamentation to enhance the richness of the garment, etc. In this course, you will also learn to design and implement your vision by learning all about printing, tie & dye, batik technique and embroidery.

3. What skills do I need to learn embroidery?

This course can be taken even by those who have never picked up a needle before. Our section on embroidery is well-structured, taking you from basic stitches to complex ones in a very interesting way. And the faculty is here to guide you at every step.

4. Can I skip a few lessons in Textiles for Fashion?
