With more than 5 years of work experience in fabric painting and styling as well as a keen interest in Folk Paintings, she teaches students how to transform garments into beautiful works of art.

Hema Suresh

1. What topics are included in the Dyeing and Printing course?

The Dyeing and Printing course teaches you the creative application of your designs and ideas. It forms a major part of Fashion Design as it includes understanding each fabric, choosing the right ones for your design and pattern to enhance the richness of the garments. In this course, you will also learn to design and implement your vision by learning all about prints, tie & dye, batik technique, textiles design and textile science.

2. Can I skip a few lessons in Dyeing and Printing?

Yes, you can. However, remember, by doing so you are letting go of an easy opportunity to learn complex techniques. In addition, you must know that to be eligible for a certificate, you need to submit 75% of the total assignments.
